| Master of Science with a concentration in Landscape Architecture
The University of Connecticut Program of Landscape Architecture offers master’s level study on an individualized basis, working with faculty on planning and design research and outreach projects. The research focus of the program includes sustainable landscape development, community design and land use planning.
Prospective students should have an undergraduate degree in landscape architecture or a related field, as the graduate program does not provide comprehensive planning and design training for master’s level students. Students with other unrelated undergraduate degrees may wish to explore our nationally accredited undergraduate program for this purpose.
Prospective students (master’s or bachelor’s) are encouraged to review the research interests of each of the landscape architecture faculty as listed in their vitae and make inquiries regarding opportunities for study through the program coordinator.
